Dominion Voting Systems, the voting tech firm that became a lightning rod for MAGAland’s debunked conspiracy theories about voter fraud in the 2020 elections, is coming down hard on its loudest pro-Trump antagonists in the form of major defamation lawsuits.
Though it was for different reasons, two of the aforementioned (Hannity n Tucky) were sued last year.
It’s going to be interesting to see if Fox again use the Carlson ‘defense’.

I’m not sure that will work in this instance…entertainers aren’t protected from defamation lawsuits. I’m very hopeful that we see these lawsuits get to discovery and start to get internal emails that show Fox knew that Trump was spouting BS but they continued to report the way they were to keep ahead of the even crazier right wing media…the clear intent for defamation will be found in emails like that.
