Paxton will be Paxton of course, but the escalation of Christo-Taliban and white supremacist lawsuits against state universities is alarming. The financing of every one of these tax exempt dark money “citizens for…” front organizations needs to be investigated yesterday. They used to say that fascism will come to America wrapped in the flag and carrying a Bible. I think fascism is coming in a lawyer’s briefcase.

Kudos to ProPublica! These examples vividly demonstrate the perverse uses of power in the hands of anti-democratic operatives like Ken Paxton. This will be a revelation for those who read this. Paxton’s AG office is a fascist Laboratory of Dr. Moreau.

There is an article connected the funds from Leo Leopold making their way into RAGA . There is also information about Koch, et al continuing to create havoc via ALEC. the crossbreeding with SCOTUS approval of “dark money”.
Someone with more time and patience than I should look into how much those groups funded Paxton and how many of his “complaints” and disapproval of FED were pre-written by ALEC and its buddies.
