The Latest Way Trump May Seek to Avoid Releasing All the Epstein Files

Originally published at: The Latest Way Trump May Seek to Avoid Releasing All the Epstein Files

There has been no clear reporting today on when exactly President Trump intends to sign the bill that will give the DOJ the green light to release the files it has on investigations into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. On Wednesday, the Senate approved the measure that had passed the House Tuesday, designed to compel…

Other Republican women have called for Mills to face consequences as well. Fellow Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has said that he should not seek reelection and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has said there should be disciplinary action taken against the congressman.

Yeah. Let me know when they refer him to Pam Bondi’s DoJ for a criminal investigation.

I think it’s far more likely to be released with plausible redactions (names of witnesses and victims unwilling to testify, client names without evidence to prosecute) than the “open investigation” ploy to withhold it completely. Which won’t make anyone happy. Oh, and cat, one of the new kittens.

Re: Hand counting Every Individual Race and Bond Issue and other Ballot Question on the Texas Ballot

The state has over 31 million people, so at least 16 million potential voters. Good luck with your “hand count”, especially if it all has to be done “on Election Day.”

Republican Mills has only been “accused”? Didn’t we used to believe in “due process”? Or is that just a Democrat thing? (Which Democrats didn’t extend to Senator Al Franken, by the way.)

The Democrats excommunicate their own based on accusations. The Republicans elect their own even after 34 felony convictions. Because as a substantial portion of the electorate knows, both parties are the same.

The Republicans who are pushing for a hand-count claim, without evidence, that voting machines are not to be trusted . . . More broadly, though, it’s a system based solely on hairbrained* conspiracy theories about hacked voting machines.

The Texas Republicans might want to review the settlement Fox had to pay to Dominion before they go all-in on their latest rampage against voting.

I wonder if they figured out how many people it will take hand count all those ballots, and re-count batches? Will the legislature approve additional funding? Or what other state programs will get shorted to cover the costs?

Well, it’ll go alright, I’m sure.

The bitch will be up around 7 or 8 million, and you forget where you were, and have to start all over again…

Trump’s Transformation
Make it appear publicly like he was always on board with being forced by Congress to do something that he could’ve easily done without forcing Congress to force him to do it — if he wanted to.

I see… an inside job.

It would cost Osama bin Laden a lot in bribes to do this. Just like it did for MBS.

Witkoff stuns Europe. Kaija Kallas says the EU was blindsided. Ukraine also surprised. It is as if Witkoff never heard of the term “agency”.

And there is the “Krasnov in Trouble” narrative.

(((Tendar)))

Thinking he is responding to a private message Witkoff accidentally leaked that the Axios report must have originated from the Russian side. „K.“ is most likely Kirill Dmitriev, his Russian counterpart, who in the midst of those secret discussions saw the need to leak them. This further bolsters my recent assumption that in light of the unfolding events around the Epstein case Russians have the urge to move quickly and press Trump before his grip of the Republican Party fades away. Russians most certainly must think that Trump will soon be of not much use to them. They will now pull every string.

$96 a share to $10 isn’t that bad.

Why does this bill to release the files even need the President’s signature? Last I checked, 100 > 67 which is enough to override a veto. This ‘I’ll sign it’ is just performative bullshit.

House blocks Nancy Mace’s censure effort against fellow Republican Cory Mills

She introduced the resolution as privileged, meaning GOP leadership had two legislative days to hold a floor vote on the measure. Mills successfully maneuvered to effectively kill the resolution by referring it to the House Ethics Committee.

“All the accusations and false things that are being said will be proven to be absolutely false in many ways,” Mills said ahead of the vote. “And I have the evidence and receipts.”

The vote came hours after the Ethics Committee announced it is investigating Mills for alleged campaign finance violations, sexual misconduct and other potential wrongdoing. Mace called the investigation “a naked attempt to kill my resolution.”

Trump invites Mamdani to White House while slamming him as a ‘communist’

President Donald Trump announced late on Nov. 19 that he would meet with Zohran Mamdani, a democratic socialist and mayor-elect of Trump’s native New York City.

“Communist Mayor of New York City, Zohran ‘Kwame’ Mamdani, has asked for a meeting. We have agreed that this meeting will take place at the Oval Office on Friday, November 21st,” the president said in a post on his social media platform Truth Social. “Further details to follow!”

Imagine that you were having a long-running dispute with your neighbor about the fence line, and some guy shows up and tells you he’s agreed with the neighbor to convert your house into an AirBNB and you can stay in your home as long as you now pay the AIrBNB rate as you aren’t the owner any longer. Sounds stupid and insane? Well, that’s what envoys Steve WItkoff and Kirill Dmitriev seem to have agreed. Countries that support Ukraine are flabbergasted, while China is watching carefully. Dmitriev studied at Stanford and Harvard, so he’s plugged into the Gloibal Money River.
