Does Toomey have fucks to give on this matter? Think not.
If Toomey had any balls, spine, and sense whatsoever, he could give a big âFUCK YOU!!!â to both the local and national GQP by resigning immediately, thereby allowing the Dem governor of PA to appoint a Democrat to his vacated Senate seat, preferably a Democrat like Fetterman, who would piss off the Republicans to no end.
But Toomey is a Republican, so I donât expect him to do any other good thing for this country besides the vote for impeachment conviction he did on Saturday.

All the Democrats need is one GOP Senator to say âIâm now an independent, but will caucus with the Democratsâ to completely change the dynamic of the senate, especially in committee. Every committee would go from evenly divided, to one additional Democrat and one fewer Republican (and that is enshrined in the agreement on Senate procedures reached between Schumer and McConnell).
Iâm hoping Schumer is doing everything in his power to convince one GOPer to switch sides â but doing so like a good prosecutor who offers a deal only to the first person in a gang that âcooperatesâ. The FIRST Republican that switches sides gets all the goodiesâŚ
