I suspect that is a major factor of what I call the Churn Factor in life. We used to blame red tape, another factor in the mix. I see it in the consolidation of businesses such a doctor’s offices or veterinarians under a single umbrella entity. Usually what had been a business you dealt with directly, on the phone, requires appointments made under a shared web site, calls are routed through a central series of common numbers, messages are left at the web site and the customer experience has at least one more step before actually talking with someone who might be 5 minutes away physically. If you are not told to leave a voice mail message or text because the call volume is so high. On any day. You have had to create an account you never had before. Meaning more marketing opportunities for some one. And the actual quality of the web site is poor and seldom is corrected.

So she threw the case out because Jack Smith had not been voted on by the Senate. Special Prosecutors are appointed by the AG and not (and never have been) approved by the Senate. Canon’s reasoning is BULLSHIT front to back. Also this case concerns trump as a private citizen and not one in high office so presidential immunity does not apply.
