'The Evidence Is Not Credible': Judge Skewers Defiant Trump DOJ In Abrego Garcia Case

Originally published at: Judge Skewers Defiant Trump DOJ In Abrego Garcia Case

GREENBELT, MARYLAND – In a saga that has dragged on for four months that feel like four years, the Trump administration continues to stonewall the judge in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case with dilatory tactics and bad faith responses to her inquiries. Unlike the in-your-face defiance of a few weeks ago, the tactics have become…

… Xinis’ skepticism toward the administration has ripened into full-blown disbelief: “If past is prologue, Mr. Abrego Garcia will be moved … and before we know it he’s on a plane and I’ve lost jurisdiction.”

It seems to be a fair encapsulation of the plan that the government is at pains to conceal.

This is a full blown three stooges case along with a clown show with zillions of clowns coming out of a little car.

When is the judge going to call Bondi and Miller to her court room under subpoena?

Mixing two parts evil with one part incompetence, and adding a dash of stupidity, makes a cocktail that will choke any judge.

Geez, lady, can’t you start just busting these peoples’ heads?

The question is fast becoming how much can this judge take? How much can we take? Contempt proceedings should have started by this point.

Your honor, I don’t have any personal knowledge of the case but I was sleeping in a dumpster behind a Holiday Inn Express when Stephen Miller found me and bought me this suit.

“Xinis arrived in a sour mood over what she had heard from Giles and the government’s conduct, at one point calling a government argument ‘an insult to my intelligence.’ It went downhill from there…”

Pretty much my take since January 20.

In Texas, Trump Consoles, Takes a Victory Lap for Disaster Response

Dude is always taking victory laps for things he’s fucked up entirely. The Journal’s take pretty much sums up the typical media response.

When will Xinis request Stephen Miller’s presence in her courtroom?

Amen. She should subpeona Miller and have him explain the whole deportation plan to her and the public, and why Mr. Garcia is caught up in it. If he refuses to comply she can hold him in civil contempt and bleed his bank account dry. Miller is a government employee - he probably makes $200K or less in salary. Take it all away unless he talks.

Sorry to have to tell you Judge Xinis, but you’re next if you continue this line of inquiry. We can do anything to anyone, didn’t you know? “I have an Article 2 where I have the right to do whatever I want as president.”

This is all just a huge waste of time and resources. Garcia is going to Timbuktu for being too brown and no one in the Judiciary can stop it because the last word always falls to the Corrupt Six of the SCOTUS.

The only way that can change this is a new POTUS who will come in and use all the immunity privileges and executive powers expanded by Trump to remake the Judiciary and provide accountability for all these ReThugs. Until that happens, this is all just cosplay and drama for the masses.

I am, quite frankly, sick of it. Trump’s term can’t end soon enough for me. If a just God could intervene to save us, I would give half my income to the Church (UCC - not those Mephistopheles- infested brothels), and attend services everyday to give thanks, but I am not holding my breath.

“I have an Article 2…” Sounding like a 7th grader trying to impress himself.

What more is there to say. Garcia’s attorneys can delay it, but ultimately the 6 Operatives Justices will do the Felonious bast*rd a solid and make the temporary stay permanent.

The next administration must fully investigate everyone involved in this matter.
