This is a list of cases where ICE is lying, which is very instructive, but we don’t know the rest of the story. We need to know if there are any cases where ICE claims are supported by evidence.

The Geheime Staatspolizei ICE agents are lying. And as shown in Court, they know they are lying. And the Chief Inquisitor Federal DA knowes it as well.
Obviously the first of tens if not hundreds of lawsuits will be filed for Depredation of Rights Under Color of Law (42 U.S. Code § 1983). And the Government will be paying out millions to settle them.
But because it is your tax money that will be paying out these defendents, Tr*mp and his minions do not care. And until these thugs are held personally accountable they will continue to keep on thuging.

OK, now here’s more details than what was in the MM.
So this vehicle wasn’t a gov’t vehicle, it was the CBP officer’s personal vehicle. The insurance claims are going to be a headache. And why is a CBP officer allowed to use their private vehicle for work? I wonder how much more money over his salary he’s getting for using his own vehicle for work?

It was a government vehicle, assigned to him, which could also be used for personal. After the accident, they allowed him to leave his post to take the car back to his home in Maine- where it can’t be seen by the other side and goodness knows what’s already been done to it. However, any body panels on the car when it returns can be checked for the cars code, which will tell you if it was swapped out already at least.

So the prosecutors wanted to drop charges most likely because they found the agent lied, but because the agent swore under oath, the charges will stand.
Exactly what is the theory on this? That a trial will show the agents lied? Can that be grounds for a major lawsuit against the prosecutors and the agent? Can these agents be charged with lying under oath?

Like I said this AM I’m petty. The amount of money being wasted for anything Trump is allowing departments to do is staggering. I said it before and I’ll say it again-Where’s DOGE when we need it.

Going back to earlier days:
A federal judge took federal prosecutors to task in astonishing fashion Wednesday over what he called the “hasty arrest” of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka and their decision to drop his federal trespassing charge Monday, just 10 days after his arrest.

It might seem to a casual viewer that false allegations to justify hasty arrests are part of a pattern for Donnie’s federal enforcers.
