The Department of Justice is now investigating whether former Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke used a private email account for official business as part of an ongoing criminal probe into Zinke, the Interior Department’s inspector general told Democratic lawmakers in a letter earlier this week.

I watched Rachel Maddow last night and David Bernhardt the ‘current’ head of Interior is now under investigation for a ‘secret’ meeting with the owner of the Arizona Diamondbacks re some deal to put 28K housing in Benson AZ (which is now a town of 5k) and totally destroy the San Pedro River water system.
I think next Admin (and it ‘has’ to be Dem) should begin by announcing that anybody who was IN the Trump Admin prima facie is a crook and they all should be investigated.

I wish I had confidence that AG Barr isn’t going to put the kibosh on all these investigations for any dumb reason or excuse, but I’m not sure anymore when I see someone from tRump’s maladministration get the once-over that this will not happen by the DoJ under his interference.
Before they impeach tRump, they need to impeach Barr. His name needs to go down in history as an impeached AG.
AND the son of The Dalton School Headmaster who hired a college drop out named Jeffrey Epstein to teach College Preparatory Calculus and Physics to teenage coeds.

On point. I want to see the current batch of candidates, the ones likely to get the nomination which excludes a lot of them at this point, talk about appointing ethical and moral people and how they would go about ensuring that these incoming appointees would be just that. That they wouldn’t be loyalist rich people or former lobbyists for the industry they now represent as a Cabinet secretary and therefore the interests of the American people. Enough with battling it out over health plans.
