The Craziest Moments Of Cassidy Hutchinson’s Account Of Jan. 6

One thing struck me about Hutchinson’s testimony. She is 25, very junior despite her rapid rise in rank. She most often referred to these fellows by first name, Mark, Pat, Rudy, Tony, suggesting she was on friendly terms with all of them. I was eerily uncomfortable with how she referred to her boss as either “Mark” or “Chief.” Maybe I am really old school, but during my time in government, staffers routinely referred to their superiors more formally, Mr. Meadows, Mr. Cippolone, etc… I am not doubting her testimony or her tenacity in cooperating, I am just wondering about how informal and sloppy the West Wing was. And, she was clearly in over her head.

They are far beyond the law and the rules little people have to obey.

Gym Jordon has decided none of this is relevant because it’s all here say. He had to be schooled on what that constitutes.

Fifth Focused Flynn

Oh happens a lot. I have been much more cognizant of /s due to my ‘smart mouth’ issue.

The Foxiverse is citing this one statement and dismissing the entirety of her testimony as “hearsay.”

OT, I suppose, but she’s got to be a good model for any young women who might have watched her.
Age 25, I could not find my may to the men’s room without a map.

Well, I guess that takes care of that.

Trump wanted to bring up pardons for rioters in video on Jan. 7

I’ve always wondered why TMFWWNBN didn’t pardon all those people. I guess the best explanation is that pardoned people can’t plead the fifth, and so all his co-conspirators could be forced to testify.

On the positive side, a number of them will (had better) go to prison, and some of them will likely want to cooperate leniency.

Trump HATES Cassidy Hutchinson because her very presence reminds him how comparatively TINY, TINY his hands are …

Hearsay you say Fox said?
Fox would dismiss the whole day’s testimony cuz trump threw siriacha sauce and not ketchup.

Schooling idiot Jordan is pointless … he completed the full law school academic course of study … and never passed the bar…never.

My dog will become an accomplished bicycle rider before Jordan becomes a competent legal mind.

I saw over in Daily Kos that the committee already had deposed the agents under oath some time back. So they likely already knew their testimony under oath. And I doubt they would have asked Ms. Hutchinson about the SS vehicle without having the agent’s testimony in hand. That’s a basic rule of proper hearings - legal or Congressional - never ask a question which you don’t already have an answer - taken under oath.

I think its more simple - he just doesn’t care about them.

That’s what all the co-conspirators that were trying to get a pardon didn’t seem to understand. Trump doesn’t care about you and he’s only giving you a pardon if you can convince him how it helps him at that very moment. He won’t pardon you as a reward for past behavior or to ensure future loyalty - Trump literally lives in the moment.

You needed to put a fully-filled out pardon in front of Trump and tell him signing it will trigger the libs and make his supporters cheer.

That is a myth. You can still have criminal liability for related crimes you were not pardoned of. You can still have criminal liability for the state crime equivalent of what you were pardoned of, in about half the states. You can invoke the 5th to avoid the perjury trap in that line of questioning, as we saw yesterday with Mikey Flynn invoking the 5th when asked if supports a peaceful transition of power in this country.

The reason pardonpalooza mostly didn’t happen is that the remaining competent attorneys in that white house got to TFG and convinced him that cranking out the pardons represented personal risk to him in the form of obstruction of justice.

Re: Engle and Oranato (sp) who are out contesting Hutchinson’s testimony, not only should they be put under oath, but as members of the secret service, they can also be polygraphed. Strap up boys!.

And, right on schedule, the SS has started leaking like a sieve - with people pretty much saying: “Yeah, that’s what we heard too!” and that a lot of people had been talking about the SUV incident and describing it in similar terms.
