Zinke claiming the Deep State wants to wipe out the American cowboy is a real head scratcher, the vast majority of cowboys were made obsolete at the end of the 1800’s.
Re Hinson and civics lessons: maybe letting them think they can unilaterally make laws could be a strategy for the next two years. As in, ‘yes, Rep. Hinson, you have cut Social Security, now it’s okay to support a deal on the debt ceiling.’

There are plenty of cowboys out there (well a few thousands) working in cattle ranches, they are likely to be over 40 a good chunk of them Hispanic or black and they earn like 30K a year, about 30% are female.
I’m waiting for the new vote on repealing the ACA, too.
I’m surprised that’s not yet on the agenda.
