Walz is going to be a great VP.

Bezos: Americans don’t trust the media because we are dishonest and have shown obvious bias in reporting events. Therefore, I will continue to be dishonest and biased and blame Americans.

Sure, Jeff. That’ll work.

Bezos needs to put the shovel down. He’s in way over his head. Sorry to see more columnists resigning.

Jeff Bezos is not cursed with self-awareness.

The Vibe in 2004 Kerry was going to win same in 2012 with Romney.

While I am guardedly optimistic of a Harris/Walz election win, I have a nagging disquiet that the Trumpers are looking forward to an election loss. And then stealing it away from the winner by hook and by crook. Imagine the insufferable smugness of them after taking it away from the Democrats.

Leave it to Will Farrell to make a song that literally just makes fun of us and yet manages to be more unifying than Greenwood’s ode to nativist kkkristofascist nationalism lol…

I could feel it down in mah plums.

A picture’s worth a thousand words. Danbury’s a low security federal prison. No prison is a “country club.”

Which is why I’m working at home today – I definitely did not want to get caught in the crush of people on the way to the Vice President’s rally.

Stainless steel. Can’t have potential escapees getting lock-jaw from rusty wire cuts.

Well, there are at least 200,000 people whose trust he will never get back.

Today my mood is good. More women are showing up in early voting than men, a very good sign. Polling is probably not capturing newly registered young people who lean Democratic. I think we got this.

The Republican voters don’t trust WAPO so the only solution is to make Democrats not trust us either. It’s the only way to remain unbiased.

cross-posted on An Intelligence Expert Who Aired Early Warnings Ahead of Jan 6 Discusses The Risks Ahead of Election Day - #28 by dicktater

January 6 should have been, and still be, one of those blaring red alarms. We’ve written reams of thriller/espionage novels. Many adapted to films and TV. We’ve aired decades of nuclear football/national security TV shows.

But somehow, a televised attempt to overthrow an election, The Capitol, and the U.S. Government itself gets nearly memory-holed and can only be looked back upon (by The Media and basically, our government and protection agencies) thru Haze-O-Vision in the briefest of clips. Not to mention intense, ongoing since 2016, spy-vs-spy espionage and treason starting with the head of the R party and unbroken all the way down.

Almost all of this has been documented and aired briefly by outstanding journalism. Then, somehow, smothered.

This is actually the kind of stuff our Media would normally thirst over. Hard, ongoing, potboiler material with the highest of stakes. Wolf Blitzer swooping in with the dramatic music and Breaking News. Starting every single segment with Convicted Felon, Espionage Indicted, failed Coup Leader of the break-away foreign-backed R party…

And now, we have been reduced to bringing up voices from the last insurrection “I warned them but nobody listened. We got caught with our pants around our ankles, and still haven’t pulled them up” and the question, “won’t anyone listen to little-old-me this time around?”.

It has been said that he does not drink. I’m not sure I’d believe it, either. I’d sure as hell drink if I were him.
