The redoubtable Louie Gohmert has filed a federal lawsuit against VP Mike Pence in an effort to force Pence to disregard the will of the people on January 6 and award the presidency to Li’l Donnie.
Of course it will be laughed out of court, but the fact that a sitting member of the House is stupid enough to do something like this and expect the courts to accept it is a damning indictment of the entire GOP.
