The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals dealt a blow to the Biden administration’s attempts to shore up emergency abortion care Tuesday.

These people are truly sick.

They better sue while there’s time, because if SCOTUS rules for Texas…

If DOJ wasn’t completely MAGAT it could bring criminal charges against the hospital administrators. Especially the one in Texas.

Stymied by the 9th Circuit, Idaho went to the Supreme Court

It sure looks like courts are a political institution.

It’s never been about life but power over women. No need to provide real life saving medical care if it means an abortion. Let her bleed out but by all means keep her comfortable while she dies.

Well then one way to get this point across is to name and shame the Judges on the 5th Circuit. When the public starts to see the death totals connected to the judges, Circuit Court judges or Supreme Court Justices, then some folks are going to be uncomfortable with that.
And another part of naming and shaming is that ID needs to go back to keeping track of maternal deaths. If these Republican state legislators are so proud of the their work then they need to be named. So in states that have passed near total abortion bans, or in reality total abortion bans than the list should be called by the Republican House or Senate leaders’ name. Just one way to memorialize their actions and priorities.

Their names are right there on the front page of the opinion. And you can’t shame the shameless. Doing this shit is why they joined the Federalist Society in the first place.

I meant call the death list by Judge So and So’s name.

The dumbing of America is in full swing as prescribed by the Federalist Society. Back to the dark ages we go. So sad.

They would receive it as an honor.

It should make certain folks feel awkward about how the stats in states with total/near total bans stack up against states that don’t.

Aside from mental illness caused by religion and brainwashing, can someone please explain how any woman could ever vote for any Republican, ever? I just don’t get it. It’d be like millions of Jews voting for Hitler for Chancellor after reading Mein Kampf.

I’m sure Alito, Uncle Thomas, Gorsuch, Rapey, and Handmaid’s Tale all deeply regret their vote in Dobbs now, right? How’s that name-and-shame campaign working for them?

This is delusional.

Name the crime. I eagerly await your answer.
