Attorneys for Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes, who’s been charged with seditious conspiracy in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, said in a recent court filing that Stewart and his Oath Keeper buddies were waiting for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act that day.

The claim is that they entered the Capital to “render aid” after Ashley Babbitt was shot… but, as it turns out, she was shot some time after time-stamped video shows the Oat Eaters attempting to enter the Capital in a stack.
No word, yet, on whether you can get endless bread-sticks in prison.
This bit from the Washington Post yesterday on Biden’s speech:

The massive number of deaths above normal shows exactly why TFG should never have been elected and placed in a position of authority and why he should never be elected again. He needs to rot in hell.

I wonder if Rudy is going to use that defense, I.e., that he was too fat, too old, and too unhealthy to plan an insurrection.
I’m quite certain that is his destiny. He’ll never repent.
Rhodes and the other Oath Keepers were only at the Capitol to “defend that declaration” if Trump were to invoke it, the lawyers said.

Correct me if I am wrong but the Insurrection Act applies to “US Army troops” not to extremist militias. Right?

After all that has come out so far one has to wonder what more is Donnie trying to hide, thank god for Biden.

Biden stutters and has since childhood which is no reflection on his intelligence or mental acuity which are right where they should be. He has worked hard on his speech patterns and I commend that.
