KAUFMAN, Texas (AP) — The wife of a former judge is charged with capital murder in connection with the slayings of a North Texas district attorney, his wife and an assistant prosecutor.The charge Wednesday against Kim Lene Williams is the latest twist in an investigation that had recently focused on her husband. A law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation says she has been arrested and charged with capital murder.
