The January 6 Committee laid out new details in the fake elector scheme at its Tuesday hearing, providing a look at how senior Trump officials tried to limit their own involvement in the plan while allowing it to go forward.
Trump’s minions and supporters, in and out of government, are (and were) modern day members of a Sturmabteilung, i.e. power hungry, politically motivated thugs.

I think that about covers what Johnson is trying to say…how the fake elector list passes through his office without him knowing anything about its production is surely a good story. Or, I should say lie, his staffer made it clear they were passing it along for the Senator, that’s not something they would say if Johnson wasn’t pushing it through. It sure would be interesting to see the evidence behind that, and see Johnson try to defend his effort to overturn the WI and MI election results during the campaign.
As for “Team Normal”…normal would have been resigning en masse and declaring that there was a plot to overthrow the government. Sitting back and waiting to see if a coup is pulled off is not what patriotic Americans do, even if it’s going to come out in your favor. I guess they are doing better than Pence, who is still licking Trump’s boots in an effort to get back into power, but it’s really too late for those that could have made a difference by publicly denouncing what happened or giving evidence for the second impeachment.

On to some great news Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis has ruled that Dominion Voting Systems can proceed with their defamation lawsuit against Fox News Network and Fox Corp, which includes Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch.
According to US News Report “Dominion has adequately pleaded actual malice with respect to Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch,” wrote the judge.
In other reports, they are stating that the Murdochs told Trump that he lost the election. Judge Davis wrote in his brief, “newspapers under Rupert Murdoch’s control – including the Wall Street Journal and New York Post – condemned Trump’s claims and urged him to concede defeat.” In his ruling, the judge wrote, “that Dominion had met the standard for actual malice.” Davis wrote the Murdochs “caused Fox News to broadcast false claims about Dominion even though they did not personally believe Trump’s election fraud narrative.”
