It’s confirmed: Hardline election denier Tina Peters, the indicted Mesa County clerk in Colorado, lost the GOP primary for secretary of state — and lost by a whole lot.

Lying is hard work, especially when you’re losing by a 14 point margin.

Ah but hopefully her trial takes her straight to the indelible exclusionary stain of “Convicted Felon”!

Wanna bet she still thinks she got cheated?
Some losers never lose in their own minds.
Trump seems to bring them out of the woodwork.

Face it, RepubliCONS: When we steal your elections, our fraud is so vigorous and undetectable that your elections STAY STOLEN. Best not to even participate, really, because all your ballot represents is one more chance for us to flip it! Stay home, losers!

Sincerely,
The Democrats

She has a whole set of other problems.

Will be interesting to see if she continues to employ an irrational belligerent
NASTY oppositional strategy in her criminal trial … that could turn out really unfavorably for her…

For some people, it’s fun to be churlish and boorish…even if it looks dufus to others.

Trump (the epitome of this) has brought so many of these people out of the woodwork.

Well, Tina, it seems clear that the cult just isn’t into you anymore. Even pillow guy is probably looking to move on.

the money will be used to cover the cost of the recount, and Peters will get back whatever amount of cash is left over afterward

Everyone involved in the recount should get a hazardous bonus due to extreme republican toxicity. Not even a nickle left to refund, so sorry.

Per Griswold’s announcement, the money will be used to cover the cost of the recount, and Peters will get back whatever amount of cash is left over afterward.

Now she’ll have to file a lawsuit contesting the sum owed back to her.

"Disinformation and frivolous lawsuits do not change the fact that there are winners and losers in an election.”

Brilliant! Is this too long for a bumper sticker?

That woman’s soul is just as ugly as the expression on her face. Hopefully she poses the same way when she hears her prison sentence.

The hazard is being doxxed as the ones who didn’t uncover the “right” number and therefore became targets of the crazies. This is actually a real issue in the days of TFG.

She’ll need the ten dollar bill to help pay for lawyers.

Peters complained about Dominion Voting Systems’ equipment (the central villain in MAGAland’s 2020 election conspiracy theories) being used to tally the votes, and demanded another recount.

I’m sure it’s a mistake, just cough up another 250K and all will be set right.

I doubt she thinks she got cheated. I don’t think any of these people from Trump on down, actually believe election fraud exists. Like any con, they see a weak spot in their mark and they press it to their advantage. The GOP has been harping on the (non-existent) issue of voter fraud for more than a decade. Trump and his ilk realized that their constituents (aka “marks”) had been primed for the grift.
