By no latter than June. However, I expect them to announce a decision much sooner than that.

I assume this means he will still be on the primary ballot, yes?

Anyone who believes Trump won’t be on all 50 ballots this year is as delusional as his MAGA followers. The SCOTUS will punt on this issue with some form of the claim the election is the greatest deterrent this country has to stopping unqualified individuals from holding office.

I was never sure relying on this was the way to go. I enjoyed that it happened to him.

The only action we can take is to vote, so we had all better do this in greater numbers.

Squeeked out a month for the fat man there. When do the caucuses begin again? No need for expediency.

They are amazingly vain if they think they can do this down in the details. Oh, to be so far above everyone else you don’t know they’re watching you.
