The Supreme Court released a report Thursday after its Marshal spent months investigating who leaked a draft of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision in which the conservative majority overturned Roe v. Wade.
What a pathetic admission. The Supreme Court is incompetent.

Well I guess the Court is not very Supreme in the “arbiter of fact” department, are they?
Perhaps they should be renamed “the Mediocre Court?”
Maybe what the Supreme Court should do is read the local newspapers where there’s better reporting on what happened…at the Supreme Court.
It was one if their own so they “can’t find” the culprit. Having the mafia investigate organized crime is never gonna produce anything. What a charade .
That hasn’t seemed to bother them at all since they got the 6-3 majority. I’m actually kind of surprised that the report didn’t just say something to the effect of, “There is no Constitutional prohibition against circulating draft decisions outside of the Court itself, therefore there was no wrongdoing done…”
