Alito and Thomas are simply unbelievable. What a couple of jackasses. Pack the court!

They have lost touch with reality. Alito does not care about disenfranchising millions of voters -the entire states of WA and OR do all mail voting. Alito and Thomas have drunk the kool-aid.

I know I should respond in a dignified and intelligent manner, but all I want to say is “Suck it, Trump!!”

Correction: Unpack the court.

Republicans already packed it.

Beginning with Rigor Mortis Mitch violating the US Constitution by refusing to vote on President Obama’s nominee to replace Scalia.

So now the next chokepoint is the seating of the resulting House. It’ll depend on us to make this very uncomfortable for anyone thinking they can block the seating.

Very uncomfortable.

Alioto and Thomas are not even pretending anymore; they verbally signal to the boss with “voter fraud” that they’re on board. And Bart finds a problem only with the timing so close to the election.

"In siding with the administration, Alito said the government has “a strong interest in enforcing the rule, and implementing it will also ‘enhance the visibility of Federal Ballot Mail’ in order to better detect election fraud.”

Unbelievable. It’s almost as if they don’t care about the constitution and 250 years of precedent.

We must at least give grudging credit to both Justice Uncle Thomas and Justice Sam-I-Am-A-Sham. They are men of principal and principle: They stay bought.

Received my ballot last week. Now, I will be able to drop it off or mail it with confidence.

In his concurrence, Kavanaugh wrote that he would have supported the executive order’s legality but for the compressed timeline…

Well, so much for Kavanaugh’s claimed support of the Ginsburg Standard.

I’d still drop it off if you can. I have no confidence.

Alito and Thomas are total Fox News grandpas. If they do an autopsy on them after they die they’ll find giant holes in their brains where the Jesse Watters microbes have been feasting for years.

Drop.
It.
Off.

Seriously - you have time if you already have the ballot.

We are about to see the impotence of the SCOTUS as the plan goes forward anyway.

“Yes. Yes you will.”

Yes, there’s a decent chance we’re about to see the Post Office equivalent of “constitutional sheriffs”, especially if the culprits figure they’ll get a pardon/medal of freedom or a free ticket on the grifting gravy train. On the other hand, the overwhelming majority of the postal work force are professional and not inclined to be henchmen for a failing crackpot.

Yes, I definitely will.
