He’s going to be forever trying to roll that boulder up the hill.

It’s been well over a century since there was an adjustment in the number of justices on the U.S. Supreme Court. The nation’s population has probably TRIPLED in that time.

I’m concerned about the horrendous workload. These poor justices are working their fingers to the bone.

I say we get them some HELP, some reinforcements, and fast. About THIRTEEN is what I’m thinking. And I’m open to discussing FIFTEEN.

It’s their wellbeing I’m concerned about, you understand. Believe me.

The “Chief Attorney” John Roberts is responsible for all this racial calamity taking place in our country, especially when it pertains to protecting voting rights for minorities.

It won’t happen on Biden’s watch, but i bet Gorsuch is calling dibs on Roberts office.

Post racial society. He should choke on those words.

It really does seem like the Fascist 5 are trying to make Roberts take an early retirement. I mean, here’s a guy who’s spent his entire career painstakingly eliminating reproductive rights and the administrative state, and now suddenly there are five more conservative justices who are all like “Leeroy Jenkins!”

He’s a stupid man.

Vote.

Well he dislodged it so it’s the least he can do. And, until Thomas dies, it’s all moot, and then only if Dems are in charge at the time. If the GOP retakes the WH & senate in 2024, he will almost certainly retire so they can replace him with Matt Gaetz or Giuliani’s son or some other far-right rapist degenerate. The GOP is like the bad judge in And Justice for All.

The white supremacy is strong with this Supreme Court…and the only way to undo all of this is for people to make sure Democrats continue to hold the presidency and Congress and pass laws and appoint judges that will actually honor the Constitution.

They’d have to reverse precident (sp).

It could happen, but it’s very unlikely (partisan > racial)

Truth value == 1

Gotta go. Later.

That was only a prelude to emasculating all administrative agencies. Every regulation must now be passed by Congress after due deliberation.

They don’t care about precedent, appearances or good judicial sense. They just want to roll back the 20th century and will do whatever it takes to make it happen.

What is this apropos of?

Should actually be that way, generally. Presidents and agencies have been abusing the limits for the last few decades.

Yes, it’s odd that now the supremes get all worked up about it, but maybe that could wake Congress up into actually performing their Constitutional duties.
