Yeah, good old Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. I don’t think whoever leaked it hacked into any computers, and they probably printed it off from their own authorized account. The point is, the act of leaking is not a crime. The article you linked to is hypothesizing that the leaker could have committed a crime when obtaining a copy of the opinion.
