The price of a 30-pac of Bud Light has dropped to around $20 which I thought was pretty cheap for a name brand alleged beer. The distributors know their market. That’s five days’ worth of beer for Joe Sixpac, or an afternoon of watching NASCAR with the guys. He gets it cheap, and they get it for free. Bud keeps their market share.

Everyone mentions the Texas Judge as if he is the sole person to arbitrate. The Washington judge said, no, the Texas judge is wrong (not directly, but indirectly). Why isn’t this always brought up??

Because up until recent times, the Supreme Court wasn’t as crooked as a dogs hind leg, and ridiculous cases like this would’ve never seen the light of day.
So if counter cases in less extreme districts is what it takes to defend sanity, so be it.
