Words mean things. The 22nd Amendment says nothing about consecutive or non-consecutive terms, and therefore the number of the counting is two–and it matters not if there is a 4 or 8 or 12 year pause between the terms.

He’s losing his shit because this is perhaps the first time he couldn’t create his own reality. He tried to impose a reality of his choosing (peace deal) on Israel and Iran through social media posts and it blew up in his face. He’s used to the American media and all his sycophants going along with his reality creating but it’s not as easy when you’re dealing with diplomacy and other nations.

I’ve lost count of the normal, sane people of my acquaintance who have slowly gone batshit crazy after dosing themselves with FOX propaganda daily for years. It causes permanent brain damage. It’s incurable. Even trumpers who have been screwed by trump’s policies experience a frisson of cognitive dissonance and then snap right back into line as soon as the Fox bobbleheads hand them the right talking points. The strength of well-designed, persistent propaganda is inimitable.
