…that means that Guiliani has neither client/privilege protection from subpoena nor Executive Privilege as he’s not employed. Courts are very clear on that.
Trump has to be careful as throwing Rudes under the bus may really splash back spectacularly. We know Rudy is going to squeal. He can’t help himself.

Rudy was a terrible mayor. I worked in a NYC mayoral office under both Rudy and Bloomberg. Rudy was petty and vindictive then, and horribly ambitious in the worst sense of that term. September 11 saved him from leaving office as a disgrace. He and Trump deserve each other.
