Democrats must redouble grassroots efforts to get out the vote starting NOW and not let up on what an undemocratic, nutball, conspiracist shit show the GOP has become. That they cannot and should not ever represent ordinary, sane Americans must be the drumbeat.

What is happening in AZ with Ducey stacking the election board to facilitate gerrymandering is very scary indeed. We may have voted for Biden by a tiny margin, but somehow that has emboldened the crazies beyond their usual crazy, which is a very high bar here. We are not even remotely a blue state.

Biden has to deliver a few things quickly. If we are stuck in McConnell’s gridlock for the next 4 years, the swing back to the right is going to be vicious.

With Kelli Ward as its state chair, Arizona turned blue, voted for a Democrat for President for the first time in decades, and has two Democratic senators.

So, of course, the GOP re-elects her.

lol

It really is The Stupid Party.

Keep it coming, a little more of this and the GOP will go the way of the Federalist and Whig parties. Don’t be surprised if Republicans in Arizona get shellacked in next election, they are busy making themselves a loon-only outfit that will scare donors and alienate moderate voters. Texas and Georgia GOP parties are also in for some unpleasant surprises.

I hadn’t heard about Hawaii but Texas and AZ were on the list this weekend. First off, who CARES about their petty a$$ ‘censure’? What a bunch of middle school dolts…and Texas? I did see Paxton out there ‘suing’ BIden for endangering Texas by not supporting the ‘border wall’ that never got built…why isn’t ol’ Kenny in prison yet?

Just ordinary, garden-variety xenophobes, racists and fascists destined to be cast upon the hog farm dung heap of history.

To be more Trumpian than T**** then you have to come out of a non-political field, have a foreign help get you elected to the highest office, and then do nothing but sulk, pout, and play golf. Anyone of these state level GOP organizations isn’t even good enough to be a farm team.

When you cut off the head of a snake, the body will continue to flop around for several minutes before dying.

Such as today’s GOP.

I really hope they never find out that Q is a 21-year-old Vermonter who takes bong hits every day, still lives with his mom, voted for Bernie, and just started posting random shit online a few years ago because he thought it was hilarious.

Wait until the ALEC composed new state voting laws are passed by states with Republican controlled legislatures. If a majority votes for a Democrat president only a Republican governor will be allowed to pick the state electoral college voters.
Or something equally stupid and probably effective. They’ll keep trying until it’s law.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the Orange light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the Orange light.
