The fact that he is a senior member of the Hoover Institution tells you right away that science (the study of reality) takes second place to his political agenda. If he were more attached to reality than dogma, he would not be part of the Hoover Institution let alone a senior member. They would not have let him join. Remember that this is the group that said there would be a maximum of 5,000 deaths from SARS CoV 2 before it evolved into nonpathogenicity.
That’s where he used to work and where the Hoover Institution is located.
At this point, any epidemiology-related medical statement coming from the Hoover Inst. must be assumed to be propaganda. These are the same folks who conducted the highly flawed and thoroughly discredited Santa Clara County antibodies study in order to support a predetermined herd immunity claim, with the author’s wife urging her friends to participate to influence the study to help the results.
