St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner struck back at President Donald Trump and Missouri Gov. Mike Parson (R) on Tuesday night after both attacked her for investigating the St. Louis couple that brandished their guns at protesters outside their home last month.

Donald Trump is demented.
The Republican Party is knowingly and willfully endangering our republic and the lives of its citizens, and will continue to do so, as long as money keeps pouring in from a few corrupt billionaires.
Iâll look at some point, but Parson shouldnât be in a spot where 20% of state voters arenât sure that he should get a full term.
Though it might help him, Parson has a chance to walk away from this.
Just as a technical detail I donât see a need to keep calling that pistol âpunyâ and so forth. It looks like a Walther PPK .380 and it fires essentially the same caliber bullet as any nine-millimeter pistol. True pocket pistols tend to be .22s and .25s, but even they are inconvenient to be shot with.

Itâs not the gun that needs additional descriptors, itâs Patriciaâs actions that need them. The fact that sheâs waving that thing around with one hand on her hip is appalling and indicative of how seriously the couple takes firearm safety.
I hope the prosecutor takes them to the cleaners and the state GOP really steps up to defend what looks like the most popular couple in town. Really grow their constituency with this defense.
