Intermediately after the midterms, if Dems lose the senate, Biden should expand the court by at least 3 and have the new justices on the court within a week. This is how you fight.

Congress is the only body in the US government with power to expand the Court. The executive can’t do jack in this matter by hisownself.

And even if they tried, there are a few Senators who would undoubtedly balk at such a move and scuttle it even you could get the vast majority of Dem Senators on board.
