It will be a good day if this leads to his removal from the Senate, i.e. losing his next election ('cause he’s not resigning over this).
His campaign begins in earnest 3 years from now. Lotta time for people to forget their outrage, also a lot of time for him to do even more incredibly stupid and selfish things. Ultimately this db doesn’t belong in the Senate. He shouldn’t have been re-elected last time. Here’s hoping the voters of Texas don’t forget this. Also, here’s hoping he isn’t primaried by an even bigger db or Q acolyte who wins his seat.
