Sitting Senator Kelly Loeffler Gets Endorsement Boost From… QAnon Candidate Greene | Talking Points Memo

A sitting senator on Thursday expressed her gratitude for an endorsement from … a first-time congressional candidate who’s promoted the insane QAnon conspiracy theory?

Um, totally not surprised…

“No one in Georgia cares about this QAnon business,”

What are the chances the voters dispute this claim?

I hope this helps her out in the right way.

And I really mean out

Probably won’t be any YouTube videos though :disappointed_relieved:

So unfair ®

Words cannot express how sick and tired I am of this lunacy. I wonder if we’ll see the fever break in the event of an overwhelming victory of the forces of reason and empiricism…of course, we’ve been waiting for that moment for several years now. I guess there’s no point in getting your hopes up.

OT.

Stand for something fall for anything.

Whiteness isn’t exactly a racial thing, but Loeffler and Greene are textbook examples of what people are talking about when they talk about Whiteness.

The Journal-Constitution noted that Greene applauded Loeffler’s criticisms of Black Lives Matter at the endorsement event, saying, “If Black Lives Matter to this organization, they would care about all the black babies that die every single day through abortion, they would care about the black lives that are taken on black on black crime.”

How many black or brown babies has Ms. Greene or Ms. Loeffler adopted? Or did they choose to go to Haiti and adopt a black baby there? America First!

Loeffler is not an elected official. She was appointed by Gov. Forrest Gump Kemp. She needs to resign…both as Senator and as owner of the WNBA Atlanta team.

Desperate times…she’s been looking at the polls that show Warnock consolidating Democratic support, and winning head to head against her and Collins. She’s trying to steal votes from Collins, but he’s so far to the right that Hitler would worry about some of his positions…there’s no way she can outflank him.

It really would be excellent for GA to send at least one Democrat to the Senate, and with the strong early voting happening there it’s possible…the people of GA may just be fed up with Republican cheating in their elections and doing what they can to stop it. We’ll see how it turns out, and if the Republicans can manage to steal another one or finally fall to the will of the people.

All we can do is work for the best, but be prepared for the worst.

Please double down on the crazy during the open election. It takes work to “out Trump “” Congressman Collins but she’s doing it.
That said, the only way I will believe Warnock will win in January is if Ossoff and/or Biden win GA in November. And if they do, then Katie would be running in a left leaning purple state after publicly aligning herself against Black Lives Matter and for Q conspiracist.

Quelle surprise! A caricature of a house candidate endorses a caricature of a senate candidate.

Also - and this might be because of where I live in Georgia, but I only see Collins signs - usually next to a Trump sign.

Loeffler is desperate, there’s no way she can generate the kind of rabid-foaming right-wing cray-cray that comes so naturally to Collins (those who watched his unhinged theatrics during the impeachment know what I’m talking about.)
So her natural move is to snug up to MTG, one of the most genuinely disturbing characters to rise up in the state GOP’s bowl of extremists. We still don’t know why MTG’s opponent quit the election and moved out of state, but its not a stretch to think that threats of violence were involved.
When a national party’s “leading lights” include the likes of Jim Jordan, Louis Gohmert, Matt Gaetz et al you know the competition is between who can can best “out-extreme” the other.
MTG is winning that one for now, hands down. Kelly is just a wannabe lightweight.

My mother, who lives in this unfortunate district, will either leave the ballot section blank rather than vote for Greene or vote for the disqualified Democratic candidate if his name is still listed.

There use to be a time when a candidate didn’t embrace the insane.
