“Futile lawsuit against Verizon?”
“Yes.”
“Good. Out of the door, line on the left, one dismissal each. Next!”

“Millions of Americans believe the central contentions of the complaint to be true, and perhaps they are,” Powell stated in a motion filed earlier this month.

Millions of Americans also may believe the Moon is made of green cheese, but I don’t know that I would put that in a motion to a court.

Shorter Powell: They’ve been subpoenaing phone records held by third parties for years? Who knew? You can’t do this to me!

As with all the other’s that Delta Bravo’s were part of the Big Lie/ Insurrection this is a stalling tactic with no basis in fact or law. The sanctioned lady is hoping the Courts will delay the supeona long enough for the GQP to take over after the Midterms and end the Investigation.

“Ms. Powell had no involvement in the events of January 6, yet the DOJ is seeking records that contain attorney client privileges held by numerous clients,” the lawsuit said.

This simply isn’t true–Powell had hoped she could get a stay of the Senate’s certifying the vote issued by SCOTUS. That’s a matter of public record.

Just how many clients did she have? TFG said she didn’t represent him, so I count one.

Imagine being so stupid as to file for a MAGA injunction in Dallas County District Court. There is no way Judge Hoffman is going to grant Sidney Powell any relief whatsoever. And Verizon would be crazy to remove it to federal court.

Did she file it in "THE DISRTOICT OF SOUPREME?"

Good luck with that, Sid.

How’d all your other lawsuits go anyway?

She seems to have a lawyer representing her now. Had she drafted the petition herself, they’d be looking to serve Verzion.

Isn’t she the one who helped write the manifesto, and isn’t she the “she” mentioned as the person who would be running the investigation ?

Not strictly comparable, but…Substitute Goebbels for Powell, Hitler for Trump, and change the subject to actual direct participation in the execution of millions in death camps, and the correspondence is not altogether inapt…

She has to have some sort of psychopathology going on to go into a court regularly with such sophomoric nonsense.

From the Jan. 6th Commission’s subpoena letter to Sydney Powell:

The Select Committee’s investigation has revealed credible evidence that you publicly promoted claims that the 2020 election was stolen and participated in attempts to disrupt or delay the certification of the election results based on your allegations. Between mid-November 2020 and January 6, 2021 (and thereafter), you actively promoted claims of election fraud on behalf of former President Trump in litigation and public appearances. The Select Committee seeks the evidence you relied upon in making those claims.1 According to public reporting, in December 2020, you urged President Trump to direct the seizure of voting machines around the country to find evidence that foreign adversaries had hacked those machines and altered the results of the election.
