You can raise fascist money for anything as long as it’s mean and ugly and there are Christianist idiots to shell out.

Wapo’s Fred Hiatt died at 66. I wasn’t a fan. Nevertheless, attention must be paid.

On the Grift Horizon:
Devin Nunes withdraws from Congress to run Trump’s media startup. Trump skims from the top AND bottom of everything he does (see: Inaugural Committee). I’ll posit millions from this venture are going a few directions that have nothing to do with establishing a social media conglomerate.

I guess I’m missing something here. No mention of the Garland announcement in the MM? Is the MM only for stories that didn’t warrant individual coverage the previous day?

I’m still not sure the entire point of MM, but that story should’ve rated at least a passing mention, no?

Please share and help improve the MM.
Wouldn’t be the first time that something important was not included.

Now, on re-read, I find there’s nothing in there about Nunes, either. I don’t know, but a guy that’s leaving Congress a year before his term is up seems like a decent story too. Not sure.

I’ve written them. Don’t know if I’ll get a response before I have to leave for the airport.

Of course! We all know that it is not necessary for Donald Trump to send Christmas cards for him to look like a penis … all he has to do is be himself.

He brought us Marc Thiessen (or at least didn’t get rid of him) and a boatload of guest editorials from traitors and insurrectionists. As little attention as possible should be paid.

Yeah, Al Gore, where’s that global warming now?

I came to the conclusion that Josh and TPM don’t realize they have a well read, informed group in the Hive. A recap of old news is redundant for most of us. Half the time we are a day or two ahead of them. It started when they forced people to pay up. I bet there’s a connection.

Does this mean WaPo will do away with their rude paywall?
Didn’t think so.

He may have been wrong to call it warming (though that is exactly what is it)
but he was still correct in his premise.

Only a fraction of subscribers are actually active in the hive. Thus, the headlines may actually be reaching people who are the intended audience

So that’s where it all went. Ski areas are still closed for lack of snow in the Rocky Mountains. Global warming or something like that.

Captain penis rocket owns Wapo. I won’t spend one cryin’ dime with Amazon either.

Fun Fact: “Amazon” is Greek for “no boob”
(Which is true now that the former CEO has stepped down. )
