No, Jeff, Trump was not exonerated. You were the damned Attorney General. You ought to know the difference between exoneration and acquittal.

What has Trump wrought when two inveterate, like-minded old racists can’t get along? After tax cuts, that’s the Republicans’ most renowned brand.

All I know is if Trump wins this tussle, we lose. And if Sessions wins, we lose. Though it does slightly weaken Trump, I suppose.

oh jeffery, he was never exonerated. He was impeached as in many **********'s attached to dumps name for all eternity
Besides it’s to little to late. you should have fought back a lot louder a long time ago.
But then again, you were 1 of his bestest buddies until you thought for yourself. That is not allowed in the trumpian world.
you are forever trump scorned until he finally dies, just stay alive long enough to enjoy it.

Keep pushing Trump, the Dixie Pixie has stories to tell and a audience that wants to hear the inside scoop.

But if the Dixie Pixie wins won’t this set up an interesting scenario where a sitting US senator becomes a witness in an investigation into the Flynn fiasco, the reach of executive privilege, and what committee could he safely sit on? How many times could we stand to hear “I do not recall” in his southern drawl?

Wow! I don’t think anyone dislikes Jeff Sessions more than me. However, we should give him credit for refusing to either break the law or clearly violate the Constitution. Compared to AG Barr he looks like a giant of jurisprudence.

OUCH !

“Still, the criticism of Sessions appears to have taken a toll on his Senate campaign, with some polls showing him trailing Tuberville.”

The struggle is over; once again, the cycle of life is completed. And now this! Mother kangaroos protect their joeys, and you can protect your family’s future with insurance from Mutual of Omaha. …

It’s interesting that Sessions’ road to recusal started with his statements made under questioning by Senator Franken, and that neither are currently in office.

Probably too conspiratorial. But how I miss those (relatively) innocent halcyon days of yesteryear when Executive Branch officials actually deigned to testify to Congress. You know, follow the law?

Marlin Perkins? Right?

“The shark has just decapitated the swimmer. One way that you can avoid being decapitated is through an insurance strategy from Mutual of Omaha.”

I despise them both.

I want a death throes match & pray each mortally wounds the other & they both expire.

That would be a happy outcome.

Exactly! I think it was the only transition out of a segment they ever used. Probably the president of MoO thought it up himself (because we know it was a he) and insisted via contractual obligation that it be used every time. The show was pretty good if I can remember back into the misty depths, but even at like 9 I knew that was pretty obvious and creaky.

Hmmm. I wonder what data or polls sessions has seen? He had to feel that all is not well in the land of donnie to find the cojones to speak out.

I’ll bet Jeff may have thought twice about recusal if he knew back then what we know now, that is, how much the administration can get away with when it wants to.
