WASHINGTON (AP) — Senate leaders are hoping to push three of President Barack Obama’s labor nominees through the chamber, a day after giving him the FBI director he wanted.Senators planned to vote Tuesday on ending delays that have blocked approval of Kent Hirozawa to join the National Labor Relations Board. Democratic leaders were hoping that by day’s end, the chamber would confirm him and two other Democrats Obama wants on the NLRB: Mark Gaston Pearce, the board’s current chairman, and Nancy Schiffer, who like Hirozawa has been a long-time labor attorney.
