Patty Murray on MSNBC said the controversy over the Obama administration’s birth control rule makes her feel like she has walked on to the set of “Mad Men.” Murray spoke out against Foster Friess, the pro-Rick Santorum super PAC backer who said on Thursday that women should “put aspirin between their knees” as a form of birth control. Friess apologized for the remark, which he said was intended to be a “joke.”
