Central to ramping up is we need to actually start working on those first two points. Until that starts happening we simply lack the data to be making any calls about acceptable risk. And again Republicans aren’t doing anything to get us moving on those first two points. They are just whining about how we need to open up without doing the hard prep work necessary to make that non-suicidal.
