Yay. Now about those Texas republicans seeking to intervene in the PA elections…

This one makes them 1-50, a nice round number. Maybe we can get to 52, so DC and PR don’t feel left out?

Over no public dissents, #SCOTUS rejects @MikeKellyPA’s emergency application to enjoin Pennsylvania from certifying its electors.

This is as strong a message as the Court could *possibly* send that it’s not stepping into the election — and that all of this nonsense is over. pic.twitter.com/KuMXyOWQPS

I don’t know, 1-50 does sound about right. One Dotard vs the 50 United States.

Whatever it takes.

For me personally this comes as a great relief. It was a test of just how crazy Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Barr, and Kavanaugh are. So now we know a bit more. They are for sure really, really crazy, but not that crazy. Phew.

Annnd about that Texas suit

And for those who will inevitably say “but see the new Texas suit,” just stop. If the Court had any interest in the issues raised in these cases, it would’ve stepped in here. That no Justice publicly dissented here is a pretty clear message about where that case is going, too.

Barf Kavanaugh could sure use a Donnie Pardon.

And Amy Covid Barrett for the future judicial atrocities she will undoubtedly commit.

This was on the same day Trump was ranting to his “vaccine summit” that he doesn’t know who the next administration will be and he won the swing states and all it takes is someone brave, whether a legislature or in the Supreme Court, and the massive fraud would be exposed etc. etc. etc.

Ah. And it just now turned cocktail hour. Have a nice evening, all. :tumbler_glass:

At this point, I am not happy unless Trump and his crazies gets sanctioned.

I wish I could say this is going to take the wind out of their sails, but Trump’s grifting machine will keep spinning…

Is this really the entire response?

That is succinct.

Great News, to say the least.

For Trump, it’s another poke of reality in that delusional skull

Others will follow.
