Did these 5 assholes teleconference when they decided to force Wisconsin to vote in day-long lines during a pandemic, instead of voting by mail?

Whatever keeps Notorious RBG, and the other sane members of SCOTUS safe, is fine with me.

I think Barf and Gormsuch should do Spring Break.

Don’t let the former reality TV show host’s fuck-up of the COVID-19 response affect your decisions about cases that might result in his getting removed from office before he kills another 100,000 in the fall.

But, really … please do.

Anyone in WI who gets ill after standing in voting lines should go cough in Roberts and Kav’s faces.

At least they are going to hear the Mazars case instead of punting to next term when it would be all but moot.

The stench of their hypocrisy is suffocating. but they don’t care because it’s all about perpetuating power for Republicans, not administering justice.

That’s Chief Justice Roberts’ enduring legacy.

Yes they did!

Starting to think we need to burn this whole mother fucker down.

That remains to be determined. They can still punt away by remanding the case to lower court on a technicality, then picking it up again if necessary sometime after their 5 month break.

Hey, John, if involuntarily meeting in person is good enough for Wisconsin voters ….

“SCOTUS Oral Arguments To Be Done By Teleconference In Cases Delayed By COVID-19”

Telling how concerned the Republicans on the SC are so concerned about their own safety that they do this after forcing the citizens of Wisconsin to choose between risking their lives or voting.

Hi! To find out what I can do, say @discobot display help.

“In keeping with public health guidance in response to COVID-19, the Justices and counsel will all participate remotely,” the announcement said."

In defiance of public health guidance in response to COVID-19, the ‘justices’ forced Wisconsin voters to choose between their health and their francise to vote.

No, that would be wrong. But the Republican ‘justices’ should face some sort of felony assault charges, and if someone dies because of their actions, perhaps some combination of manslaughter by reckless indifference, or depraved neglegence.

Maybe they can give each other lap dances. They’ve earned some R +R.

Does this include the case that may yank Obamacare health coverage for millions?

So let me get this straight-

The supreme court is working and adjudicating remotely out of fear of the virus, but have imposed on the citizen a requirement to vote in person, literally at a risk to their very lives.

I swear, Hypocrisy has no greater friend than this shameful court.

If they can do hearings via teleconference, surely the public can actually listen/watch, finally…

Nope, just reporters. Really. That’s the plan.
