The fundamental problem with nationwide injunctions against the federal government based on federal law is that sometimes they get issued by shitty judges like Matthew Kacsmaryk. That’s a problem for appeal, not an excuse for this terrible Supreme Court to wipe its ass with the Federal Rules of Civil/Appellate Procedure.
