Look for Trump and the GOP to expand on the military trans ban. We’re going to see dictates covering various Federal situations, circumstances the Federal government can assert authority over. And Trump will decree to work certain jobs, or have access to something, or receive whatever, that you’re either male, or female, and that’s your two options. If you claim to be something other than male or female you’re a non-person. Your application for something just gets thrown in the trash. No Federal security clearances, no Federal jobs, maybe even denial of some Federal benefits. The Right and MAGA want a jihad on LGBTQ, and Trump is going to wage it for them. SCOTUS is greenlighting it with the trans military ban, so this is just the beginning.

Trump-appointed Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the 6–3 majority opinion in Bostock v. Clayton County (June 2020), holding that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects employees from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. "An employer who fires an individual merely for being gay or transgender defies the law.”
It didn’t cover military service, which is different and since Bostock was landmark, I doubt they’d be overturning the same courts decision 5 years later.
