Congressional Republicans are staunchly opposed to the COVID-19 relief package that is poised to pass the House early this afternoon. But they’re less unified as to why.

TBF: Poor families will probably just spend all the money on food, and rent, rather than investing it in Fraudulent Medicare Billing Schemes, which have a much higher rate of return.

They are so desperate because the bill is needed, it is popular, it will make a difference in people’s lives, and it will as a secondary effect help Biden and the Democrats in the arena of public opinion. That’s what they are upset about. Nothing else. That’s why they despised the ACA. It helped people who then liked Obama because of it. They are mean-spirited psychopaths.

Udder too. They’re milking this for all its worth.

And the GQP will find out the hard way, when all of their constituents begin receiving the checks that may very well save their homes and their lives. And we should definitely spend some capital reminding those constituents that the GQP that they voted for thought they did not deserve any of this.

Frankly, I cannot wait for that comeuppance!

Wait, wait. The GQP worked very hard to come up with a proposal that was less than one third of what Biden was asking. How is that not cooperating?

And they would have voted against that bill too. Just cuz…

“Who hurts, gets hurt? Poor families,” Scott said on Fox News. “They’re not helping poor families with this, they’re hurting poor families.”

He was actually talking about the 2017 tax cuts package.
