If any witnesses are ultimately allowed to be subpoenaed…

…there could be some excellent dirt on Trump.

The trial plan sets aside Tuesday for a debate over the constitutionality of trying Trump in the first place, and also ends Friday’s proceedings around an hour before sundown — a concession for one of Trump’s lawyers, who observes the Jewish sabbath.

I have issues. I also have issues with this.

The fealty of the courts to accommodate the absurd beliefs of one of even 1,338,678 licensed, active attorneys in the United States of faith or a lack thereof, further engrains the courts to supersede the laws of man. It’s the very definition of bias. It must be eliminated yesterday.

I think its more of a temporary cease-fire to let TeamT**** carry off their dead and wounded attorneys. Chivalry and all that…

Yup.

Working the day on Friday. Checks calendar… The Muslim Sabbath.

And resuming on Sunday. Checks calendar… The Christian Sabbath.

Whatever happened to being able to walk and chew gum at the same time?

This just sounds ridiculously rushed to me.

And sorry, but the decision to call witnesses should be made before the presentation of the evidence.

Naw. Just propose that we finally go to a four-day workweek to acknowledge the predominant holy days.

Then go to work to get the pastafarians to adopt Mondays as their holy day…
