The media is fine with a putsch. It’s controversial. People will click on it and they’ll make money, while solemnly declaring that “while some are critical of President Trump’s suspension of the constitution and instigation of “martial law, others welcome the change.”

I don’t know how many times I have hesitated in saying it. But now is as good a place as any to say this:
The ability to imagine things that have never happened to you, but are yet extraordinarily dangerous, is a sorely missed talent for too many people in our culture. One can be merely told about fascism, even just read about it, and yet, retain the ability to be sufficiently alarmed so as to do something about it’s beginnings before it is too late.
Hint: Get to Trump’s Crew…starting with Barr, Roberts and McConnell. Fascist-shame them 24/7

Some days, ok, every day, I wake up and think the only reason a foreign enemy doesn’t invade us is we’re not worth it anymore. Too expensive a proposition to fix.
Trump has politicized our Intelligence services and Military to the point where I have grave doubts if they’re up to the challenge of keeping us safe. They certainly failed with the Coronavirus, didn’t they?
We’re now, for real, the world’s laughingstock. And people like Grenell in positions of great importance is partly why.
