Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) on Sunday excoriated House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for taking no disciplinary action against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) for her recently resurfaced conspiracy-ridden remarks that led to the House voting to strip the Republican lawmaker of her committee assignments.
You have members that are threatening to execute each other, and they should be removed from their committees…
… and sent to bed without their suppers.

McCarthy can control what he calls being clever and elusive. But there are too many things coming for the Post Trump-as-president GOP that he cannot control.
Self interest has to come to terms with reality at some point.

I knew McCarthy was as dumb as a plant, but I didn’t realize how much of a chicken shit he is. Schiff seems to always come through in the clutch without mincing words or veering off into legalistic jargon. When I look at my rep, Andy Biggs, it makes me sigh.
ETA - I have been sick as a dog for a week, but have tested negative for COVID x 2. So a weak “YAY”! I am scheduled for my vaccination Tuesday night. I feel like I am coming into the finish line with 2 flat tires and a blown clutch, but I am definitely going to make it!

Glad that the Democrats are keeping the pressure on GQP’ers who have no values, no ethics, no honesty, no integrity and no honor. The GQP is nothing but a bunch of sniveling cowards afraid to confront reality.
Speaking simple truth in American politics these days makes you a prophet, a visionary and most of all, an anomaly.
Schiff poured his heart and soul in that speech.

Republicans have no qualms breaking precedent when it suits them; even their own. Like Garland and Barrett.
