Schiff: IC ‘Worried About Angering’ Trump | Talking Points Memo

You mean to say that there is not a huge and subterranean effort at the F.B.I., the C.I.A., and the N.S.A. to conduct counterintelligence against our foreign adversaries, namely the worldwide Trump Crime Syndicate? That it would be nice to know existed, even in the vaguest deniable sense? Just hoping, foolishly hoping, trying to find anything to justify living even for one single additional minute. (That was a bit of hyperbole right there.)

YEAH! But that article is from November, so what gives, I wonder.

All the info is just now being released to the public.

In very well-timed drips and drabs we hope. A revelation a day keeps the fascists away? Or we can hope?

Seems simpler to just gang up on the bully.
every dept put forth all docs, photos, tapes etc all at once out to the public and the relevant agencies.
lay it all out once and for all and see who runs off the battlefield.
Leave trump standing alone and he is nothing no matter how big the temper tantrum would be.
This guy is going down, it’s only a matter of how many are stupid enough to go down with him.
hopefully any survivors will be finished off come november.
lightning is about to strike.

So so much for the Deep State.

Yep. Tends to dispel the idea the IC can effortlessly “take down” any president that annoys them.

Not like the good old days where you could just take out a dude from a grassy knoll somewhere and blame it on some random nutcase before conveniently taking him out as well before he could speak up about it.

Ted Cruz’s dad is rolling in his grave over the change in times.

Peter Lorre, it turns out, is not just a supporting actor in this movie.

Those were simpler times.

P.S.: Dude.

He does look a bit like Lorre. Way plumper, but still…

Time for, not just one, but a team of whistleblowers, who want to do what’s right for our country. Fear isn’t going to cut it now. They can also take a page from what whistleblowers have done in the past, including purchasing two burner phones and giving one to a journalist solely for communicating with that one person.

There are methods to get the truth out without putting one’s future on the line, such as explained here: https://whistlebloweraid.org/ .

I just looked at whistlebloweraid.org. They say use a trusted friend to contact them using a Tor browser. I’d add: use a large public library and a VPN on top of that. It might take 5 minutes to send a message, but this is a communication toward hiring an attorney, making it as legally secure as possible, even if intercepted. Might also contact Glenn Greenwald. It will be important for a would-be whistleblower to do their research on how to be a whistleblower from a public library, or big public university library, etc. And having a friend do it should help.
