I worked on the Census for about 5 months and it appeared the top managers and some district ones were doing all they could to make it fail. There was no common goal or sense in my area we threw money at problems and got little or nothing for it. I worked with two trumpers and they thought it as a way to get a lot on money with little work and did just that. A total shit show.
