A 22-year-old Saudi student arrested in February 2011 for allegedly plotting a terrorist attack on the home of former President George W. Bush was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday in federal court in Texas. Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari was convicted in June of one count of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. A jury found he had purchased chemicals and equipment to make an improvised explosive device.
