Odd
She speaks the world of you

You have a fan my friend

HRC remains the most understood woman in the country because of the impression left by her public appearances and need to act like a man in a man’s world of politics. She failed and so did Warren, Klobuchar, Harris and every other woman candidate this year because this country doesn’t want to be lead by a woman, unlike Great Britain, India, Pakistan and other countries.

In private she’s surrounded by women friends who adore and tell us she has a wicked sense of humor, and she’s adored by her daughter and in return adores her grandchildren.

She makes the cut as a woman someone might like to know but was burdened with having a long history in the public sphere. Unlike the clown we knew would continue to be a clown but always entertain. All the grief he brought to this presidency would have been averted if she’d been elected Knowing that, would we have voted for her? I doubt it. Big stage personality? Like a reality show host?

@silvrfox

@randome The presidency has become a job for a man. And frankly she had more cojones that the clown voters decided on.

The “likeability” factor was pounded on early and remained. Candidate Obama annoyed me when he conceded in a conversation with HRC she was likeable enough. I don’t have to like a candidate, don’t even at this time in politics even much care what they say. If they can defeat trumPP I’ll be on board.

Sounds like more of a tactical than a strategic consideration to me. The tactic is “I can win more delegates in Michigan than in Mississippi.”

But it’s a strategic blunder, IMHO. It abandons a potential appeal to the foundation of today’s Democratic Party, Black voters particularly Black women, in order to appeal to white working-class voters in the Midwest.

Will it be a successful tactic? Maybe, maybe not. But turning your back on African-American Democrats isn’t a winning strategy.

Mississippi’s politics are not his politics.

Okay is not the question. It is not a question of what she IS in some True Sense, it’s the perception equation. The question is understanding Likeable / Unlikeable. The numbers speak for themselves, Clinton’s pubic personality was not broadly liked.

Contrast with Warren e.g. who did not get traction but isn’t actively disliked like Hillary. Yes, sure smears (mostly unjustified) but some things stuck because of her Big Stage personality.

Looking to 538 re data for the likeability contrast.

Blockquote ameliatd: What I will say is, a lot of people consistently liked Warren. And continue to like her. That’s very different from Clinton. And I was actually surprised by how few voters compared her to Clinton in my conversations with them. Or when they did, it was to say how different she was. So even though I’ve seen a lot of depressed Warren supporters talking about sexism in my Twitter feed today, I think Warren probably did expand voters’ views of what a woman candidate can be.

Notice he’s switched from “millionaires and billionaires” to the “corporate establishment.” Because corporations are the enemies, the enemies whom most of us have profited from in one way or another (employment or investments come to mind) for decades

Just hoping for Sanders to get sufficiently slaughtered so that it’s obvious to everyone that it’s over, even if he won’t admit it. Take the air out of the gasbag — let him whine empty, impotent whines until the end of time, because that’s all he has.

Maybe hiring a 9/11 Truther, who called Michelle Obama “ugly” is also not a good way to reach out. Just a hunch.

Yeah well the UK gave us terrible people like Margaret Thatcher and then Therea May and their lousy policies which were right up there with GOP’s finest moments.

A thought experiment:

If BS drops out (He Won’t)

How much do Tulsi’s numbers improve?

Conversely, did the public like the moron’s personality? I doubt it. It’s not a popularity contest. It’s about who’s going to steer the country for four or eight years and do it responsibility and patriotically.

With this criteria, the man who won has failed miserably.

Not sure what you mean by that last bit.

But between Clinton and Warren, who would you say was more “actively disliked” by the Democratic primary electorate?

Sanders doesn’t have the most likable personality either and yet for some reason it isn’t talked about constantly.

How is this article even remotely informative without citing the polling data?

I dont even know who is polling better in MI right now but its absence suggests Bernie is losing in the polling.

I think in spite of this snarky response you probably understand what I mean. The country was open to having a woman lead them. That’s not the attitude here. It’s more like we want a woman president but not this one, and so it goes every four years. So every woman candidate has failed and will continue to fail. Imagine how they feel knowing their talents are being tossed out because of chromosomes.

What pisses me off is the constant harping about no corporate money
They had on the news tonight Trump is having a $100.000.00 a plate dinner
He hopes to rake in 3 - 10 million
You will need that kind of money to beat him and you better be prepared to get down in the mud
