In a debate between BS and Biden, Biden is the kid on that lawn.

There is a lot to be said. Biden e.g. needs to say how he wants to build on Obamacare, discuss how that works and how it helps people (because Medicare is far more efficient, cheaper) and how he wants to have an immediate impact on peoples lives by preventing Trump gutting Obamacare as he is trying to do. He can contrast this with a plan that will never pass congress, and is bad policy in many respects (e.g. banning any type of supplemental insurnace).

These type of issues are great ways for Biden to argue to the middle of the electorate before a big TV audience.

Having won the primary, Biden needs to use the TV time to pivot to the general election.

Make clear he is just as mad as Sanders that Trump and the republicans are shitting all over the future of young people, he just will fix these issues in different ways.

There is authority in saying “enough is enough.” Joe isn’t a gunslinger who beckons all comers. He’s in a race with work to do and can’t keep worrying about the other runners who have fallen too far back to beat him.

Anyway, I’m skipping the debate. Surely Joe can, too.

And not all “youth” voted for Sanders, right?

Oh…it’s “Good Night!” to Sander’s campaign alright.

I’ve to look for those numbers.

Sure.

Bad idea, however.

They have to have a meeting, then translate the talking points from Russian to English. It takes a little bit of time. And they are probably out promoting that Covid-19 is a hoax or stoking racial anger. It is not like promoting Bernie is their only job you know.

Enough is enough of sanders using the Democratic nomination process to stroke his own ego.

I can’t believe we’re here. In the middle of a pandemic where every one of us is going to lose someone we know and possibly someone we love (and possibly more than simply one someone), in the midst of a financial meltdown that isn’t going to go away and will end in a worldwide recession, in the midst of an administration that is trying to use these crises to sneak in more of their filthy agenda…in the middle of all this, Sanders is talking about…himself?

I’ve had it. Biden last night talked about the pandemic, restoring honor and dignity to the office of the president, and the passion of both Sanders and his voters – for which he expressed gratitude.

It’s simple.

The kids remember from last election that there’s no free concerts or pot at the polling stations.

Maybe don’t try counting the number of “substantive” and “non-substantive” comments that came in before yours!

“I like what your campaign stands for. I agree with what your campaign stands for. But I’m going to vote for Joe Biden because” I don’t think you have the personality, temperament, or interest in working with other people in order to get these tings done and I think Biden does.

It has nothing to do with electability. Anyone can win if the Dems stay together. It has to do with the fact that most people, including those you work with, just don’t see you a management material. You’re a Senator.

Sanders is right about the establishment. They got their victory and the boomers are cheering and crapping all over us (Sanders supporters). They’re going to need our support to beat Trump. I’ll guess we’ll see who cares about inequality, the environment and democracy, that’s who I’ll vote for.

Maybe the choice is between reactionary revolution or re-entrenchment of the boomer oligarchic system. Hmm, how to decide…
